I'm looking for 1-3 people to take over my lease in Franklinton (a couple miles west of downtown). The preferred lease term is 1 year, but that may be flexible. I loved this place. It's a newly renovated 2 bedroom townhouse, $550/month (includes water & sewer), frontyard, shared backyard, kitchen, dining area, new appliances, living room, free on-street parking, central heat, front porch, non-scary basement, washer & dryer hookups (I will leave the washer here, if wanted), quiet, safe, great landlord. The sooner someone can move-in, the better. Late January/February would be ideal. If you qualify, all items you see in the pictures will be removed and the place will be deep cleaned professionally by the landlord before you move in.
