Not on your list-we paved the driveway (you are showing an old photo, cost was $10,000), there is new HVAC, insulation, screen porch was redone with new windows and flooring, master closet rebuilt, new flooring replacing old vinyl floor, wood floor sanded and restained, new blinds throughout, garage interior finished, bathrooms updated. When we bought, house did NOT have 2 fulls baths, now it is 1 full, and 1 3/4 bath (we added shower upstairs, it was a 1/2 bath at time of purchase.). New stove. New front door, and sliding door, new door hardware throughout.
