This house is a 1-1/2 story cape cod house setting on one acre of land with a 40 ft. x 40 ft. work shop at the rear of the property. In 1998 a 650 square ft. family room, a 178 square ft. bedroom, a 30 square ft. laundry room and a 676 square ft. attached garage was added to the rear of the house. The outside walls of the addition has six inch insulated walls for more energy efficiency. A brick patio was added to the driveway side of the house and a deck was added to the right side of the house. A flower garden borders three sides of the deck. In 2003 all of the original windows in the house were replaced with Pella aluminum clad wood double hung new construction windows. All of the trim was replaced with new and the exterior trim was aluminum clad. In 2006 a concrete driveway was added with a large parking area behind the garage.
