    This home is located in Kingsley School District, but also could be considered Forest Area School District. Buses from both schools can come here. We put a new roof on the entire house and garage in 2015, and also newer roof on shed as well. Newer seamless gutters with underground drainage were put on a few years back as well. It's accessibe with a longer paved driveway to Highway M-186, it's just 1 minute to highway M-113, and 4 minutes to highway M-131. This Location is still very private though, as it nests in beautiful valley, but again, still accessible right off main highway of M186. This property also allows horses if your interested in that. Our house is quite modernized and has a lot of updates, like brand new roof over entire home and garage in winter of 2015, seamless gutters that drain underground, all countertops replaced, most of all flooring, exterior doors, painting, additions ect... This house has a newer covered deck in front and balcony patio in the back, and also a cement slab in back where the walkout basement is at the french doors. It has newer seamless gutters that flow drainage underground and away from the house. It also has a formal dining room, a regular dining room off the living room, and a breakfast nook. The font yard is very large, and also the backyard too. The backyard has plenty of parking, for RV's and other vehicles. There are just too many to mention in this app. As of a week ago we have built a large bar downstairs too, which also has storage space as well. We love everything about it, but it may be just too big for us now that our kids are in college, although it would take a lot for us too move from our home where our kids have grown up. We are just thinking about it for now. So many great memories we have had here. There was nothing here, but 5+ acres when we started. We first built the walkout basement, house, than a garage, then a new room that now attaches the garage and house. Every year we did more, like having the large and wide asphalt driveway put in, clearing more trees, putting on all the decks and covered front porch, balcony patio with stairs in the back, having seamless gutters put in, making many gardens, redoing the floors, redoing countertops everywhere, painting ect...2 years ago this last winter we put on an entire new roof on the whole house, and garage as well.
