Located at the end of the complex. There is a small water detention pond to the east between my apartment and the city baseball 8-field complex which sponsors many weekend baseball tournaments. A waterpark and soccer complex is also part of this city athletic complex. The city's annual July 4th fireworks display is always displayed to the north of the baseball park approximately 300 yards from my front window with no zero visual obstructions therefore giving me a definite front row view. (It's incredible) The Arkansas River is approximately 200 yards to the north with an open 20 acre field (giving you that country feel when looking out the living room sliding glass doors) to be developed into a larger city park in the future. The new Arkansas River bridge is 200 yards to the west with the older abandoned bridge being developed into a river walkway with vendors and musicians on the weekend. To the north of that is a another larger city park where many city weekend events are sponsored through out the summer such as a barbeque cookoff. This apartment is in the center of many activities yet is very quiet.
