We are available as needed. Thank you for booking your vacation with us! Cancellation Policy: Moderate: 100% refund if you cancel your booking at least 30 days before your check-in date. If you cancel between 30 and 14 days before your check-in, a 50% refund (minus the service fee) will be provided. No refund will be given if you cancel within 14 days of your check-in. If a lease agreement has been signed, this policy is not refundable.
