This home offers a deck, smart TVs in every bedroom, and fresh bed and bath linens. The first two bedrooms feature king-sized beds and a full bathroom with a shower-tub combo. The dining room has a table that seats 12, and the kitchen is equipped with basic cooking essentials and extra seating. Downstairs, there is one more bedroom and a full bathroom that offers a little more privacy. Upstairs, you'll find four twin-size beds tucked into cozy nooks, and the last two bedrooms both have king-size beds and Roku TVs. There is also a full bathroom on the second level to accommodate guests. Outside, there is a huge patio area where you can hang out and enjoy the serenity under the lights that sweep over the fire pit. Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $75 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste, or additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a door code the day prior or the morning of their reservation. Guests will be able to access the gravel parking pad that is shared amongst the other properties on the lot. Guests who have booked this rental will be able to access the main house and backyard that has a patio area, deck, and fire pit. Guests will not have access to the basement, but cleaners will access it from the back basement door to clean sheets and drop off cleaning supplies. Pets are welcome with a fee of $75, and you must clean up after your pet to avoid additional charges.
