Studio Westmont is a fully furnished and dog-friendly, spacious studio apt within a modern, West Asheville home, offering stays of 30+ nights for traveling professionals or travelers looking to immerse themselves in the Asheville scene. Our comfortable and sleek accommodation is conveniently located within walking distance to hip Haywood Rd and minutes to Downtown Asheville. If you're here for remote work or looking to plant roots in Asheville, we welcome you and hope you'll make yourself at home while here. Our home is not a long term rental, but offered as temporary housing. We do welcome stays of 6+ months! Please review our listing details in full. We want you to know what to expect so you can ensure that our home is the best match for you! You will arrive to our quaint, tree-lined neighborhood and park on the quiet street across from our home. Follow the stone pathway to your private entry on the side, and enter the spacious, 700 SF modern studio apartment. Within the space, you'll find gorgeous, brushed concrete floors, thoughtful design and all of the comforts of home, so you can relax and spread out for your extended Asheville stay. The open layout offers a full kitchen, ample dining space, a dedicated work space, a living area with a couch and chair, a large flat screen TV, and a sleeping area with a generous, king-sized bed. It's rare to find a studio apartment with this much space and comfort! Our well appointed kitchen supplies all of the full sized, stainless appliances and kitchen tools you will need to cook your meals. There is a beautiful, live edge slab bar with 4 bar stools, and a sweet dining table for 2, offering multiple options for seating to enjoy your home cooked meals. The living area offers multiple seating option as well, with a loveseat and chair, overlooking the large, flat screen TV. Tucked behind the living area is the sleeping area with a curtain providing privacy when needed; or when opened up, a view of the TV from the king bed. For remote workers, we have a dedicated work space with a table and desk chair. We offer high-speed wi-fi to ensure your connectivity for work or enjoying your favorite streaming services on our TV. Because your'e staying for a while, you'll enjoy the roomy laundry room with full sized laundry machines. In keeping with the spacious theme, our beautiful, modern bath offers storage within the vanity or on the shelving. Bright, white subway tile surrounds the tub/shower. If you like to take in a book in the sun, feel free to use the Adirondack chairs outside of your private entry to relax and enjoy our wonderful mountain air. At our Studio Westmont, you will forget that you're in a studio apartment, as you can spread out and truly make yourself home here. We welcome up to 2 dogs, under 40 pounds each (Pet fee applies). Access: Guests have full, private access to the entire studio apartment and the seating area outside of the entry. Parking is on-street only and we have no driveway space available for guests. We kindly ask guests to not block our elderly neighbor's stairs directly in front of the home, but ample parking is available close by otherwise. Other things to note: Please do not submit an application to rent our home before first contacting us to share more about yourself and the purpose of your stay. If our home is suitable and available for your desired dates, we will direct you to submit your application after that. Thank you! - Fully furnished rental, intended as temporary housing. We welcome stays longer than 6 months! - Rent is reduced to for 12+ Month stays = $1,550 per month. - All utilities are included, in addition to high-speed wi-fi. - $150 non-refundable pet fee for small dogs (no large dogs or cats allowed) - $800 deposit required to secure rental, first month's rent due upon move-in. - Deep cleaning fee of $225 for cleaning after your stay. We add this to your final month of Rent. An additional fee of $50 will be added to the cleaning if you are bringing a dog.
