A/O - 10/21 - Home Inspection to happen ASAP. No further showings at this time. House was renovated in 2008. Roof, siding water heater all replaced at that time. Boiler is new - was converted to Gas in 2018. Stove is gas, but runs off a separate propane tank, not currently hooked up to gas line. Garage is a 1 car, but also has a shed/storage area to it. The house currently has tenants. 24 hours notice is required, more notice would be even better. No last minute showings of any kind. Strict Covid protocols should be followed. One agent and two decision makers can be present. No children. All should be masked and gloved. No photos and no video permitted. The tenants will most likely be present due to working from home. Please be respectful of their space and have a thorough showing but do not linger inside the property. They are very concerned about Covid.
