this house was started in 1972 & has growen to the size that it is NOW . I worked as a carpenter, so you could say I never got enough carpenter work in 8 hours, so over the yrs. I would come home & put in a few more hours here, until we cerated what we have now. the whole house is 90 ft. long by 36 feet wide with the split-leveal in the middle.the upstairs is 30 x 30 with 3 bedrooms & one LARGE bathroom.(large enough for three daughters at one time ) the frount is all brick .we layed the brick to make three arches to give it a spanish style,& the rest is covered with siding. we also have animal rights. as of now we don't use but the half acre that the house sits on. the other half would make a wonderful place to keep a horse & we are only about 1 1/2 mile from the mountains ,where we used to ride when I was younger.there is a lot more I could say ,but just to make it short we raised three daughters here & I belive it is still the best place in the world to do just about anything a person wants to do. we've gotten to old for the size of this place. we need to go to town to a smaller place,as much as we hate to. Neighborhood Description this area is servised by a transit sys. and school bues which stop right in the front of the house. if someone is interested in a safe place for raising children, then this is the place for YOU.
