As a multifamily property with 10 units, the safety of all our guests is our top priority. The complex is a non-smoking area, and a $700 fine may apply for violations. Smoking is permitted outside, but please ensure you are at least 15 feet away from all windows. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet for the entire stay. Please keep your pet supervised at all times and refrain from allowing them on furniture or beds. The fee is non-refundable and covers additional cleaning. Fee will apply for any damage, repairs, or replacements. Please follow the quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please do not throw any solid food or oil in the sink to avoid clogging, with a violation fee of $250. Return any physical keys to the lockbox to avoid a $250 charge for a missing key. A late check-out fee of $100 applies for every additional hour beyond 11:20 PM. Please set the temperature of the AC to 80 degrees to avoid potential damage to the unit. Fees may be applied if there are any damages.
