The apartment features a bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable bedroom. The bathroom is tastefully appointed and features a shower and all the essentials you'll need. Street parking is available, but spots may be limited in the downtown area. Our neighbor offers a few parking spots with a permit for just $10 a day. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet for the entire stay. Please keep your pet supervised at all times and refrain from allowing them on furniture or beds. The fee is non-refundable and covers additional cleaning. Fee will apply for any damage, repairs, or replacements. With its convenient location, you'll have easy access to local shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The nearest light rail station is the Central Avenue and Van Buren Street Station, located about 0.7 miles from the property. The complex is a non-smoking area, and a $700 fine may apply for violations. Smoking is permitted outside, but please ensure you are at least 15 feet away from all windows. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please do not use the fireplace for safety purposes. Return any physical keys to the lockbox to avoid a $250 charge for a missing key.
