The apartment is separate from the main building, and you will have to go up several steps to reach it as there is no elevator, only stairs. With its modern amenities and comfortable furnishings, you'll have everything you need to feel right at home. The apartment features a bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable bedroom. The bathroom is tastefully appointed and features a shower and all the essentials you'll need. Street parking is available, but spots may be limited in the downtown area. Our neighbor offers a few parking spots with a permit for just $10 a day. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet for the entire stay. Please keep your pet supervised at all times and refrain from allowing them on furniture or beds. The fee is non-refundable and covers additional cleaning. Fee will apply for any damage, repairs, or replacements. With its convenient location, you'll have easy access to local shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The nearest light rail station is the Central Avenue and Van Buren Street Station, located about 0.7 miles from the property. You can also explore the area by car, bike, or use a taxi or ride-sharing service. Nearby attractions include Little Rituals, Royal at The Yard, Joyride Taco House, and First Draft Book Bar. The complex is a non-smoking area, and a $700 fine may apply for violations. Smoking is permitted outside, but please ensure you are at least 15 feet away from all windows. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please do not use the fireplace for safety purposes. Return any physical keys to the lockbox to avoid a $250 charge for a missing key. Late check-out fee is $100 for every additional hour beyond 11:20 PM. Please set the AC to 80 degrees to avoid potential damage to the unit. Fees may be applied if there are any damages.
