We are pet-friendly but allow only certain breeds of dogs, and weight limits for second floor units. We do not allow any known-to-be vicious breeds (including mixed). We have a $600 pet fee per animal with a three pet maximum. No smoking inside the apartments or within 20 feet of the building.
