Single family home with pool on large lot. No HOA fees. Corning Co. roof with 50 yr. Warranty installed 6/22. New hot water heater and pool pump. AC/heat pump 6 yrs. Has Brower Hurricane Panel system and an automatic hurricane 2 car garage door. In addition, ADT cellular security system, LED automatic dust till dawn floodlights. Kitchen cabinets were updated along with Corian countertops. There is a house reverse osmosis system with chlorination and a water softener. Last month I replaced the membranes and filter. I had the septic system checked out and drained the tank. About 6 years ago I had the house repiped to avoid future leaks. During hurricane Ian I didn’t lose electricity and it didn’t flood. The road flooded the night of the storm however it was dry the next day. I was told the house is on the same electrical grid as the local emergency shelter. That would explain why I didn’t lose power during Ian or Irma. There is a housing development being built which borders a portion of the rear of the property. Presently I think it is an eyesore. Personally, I think it needs some landscaping and/ or a fence. I don’t want any surprises. Please, no brokers. This was the only way I could reduce the price another $27,900.
