one bedroom and a private bathroom available for rent. Currently there are 2 other people a frenchie and 2 cats that lives with me. The house has a laundry room free of use stocked kitchen and 80inch tv. I don't mind having friends over asking as they respect the house no parties allowed. The house is located on a Main Street on florin so there are lots of cars passing by but my driveway is closed if and off the main road. Also the house is located on the top floor the first floor is a garage. There is also a train that passes by few times a day but honestly you get used to all of it. One person room only. Don't mind friends and sleepover but only one can live in the room. Hi. I don't mind smoking if it's outside. The lease will be month to month, 6month or 1 year. No pet we already have a lot here.
