Both bedrooms have east-facing bay windows. And you can work or relax in the small study upstairs or large south-facing den downstairs. There is new flooring throughout the house including off-white wool carpeting and the entire first floor is newly remodeled with updates throughout. Lots of books to use during your stay. Parking is on street. CONSIDERATIONS: This is a no smoking, no pets rental. Because this is my home that I built, I ask that you treat it and its belongings with care and respect. I will be leaving most of my possessions here during my time away. PRICE: $2800 for 4 week period; $2650 for 4 or more months, utilities and garden care included. $3000 security deposit.
