Renting Requirements Include: Applicants must qualify to be approved. An application has to be filled out by each person(s) 18 and over that will be living in the unit; and once received the Application Process begins- which includes, but is not limited to: Credit Check & Background Check, Wage Verification. Applicants must have 33% rent to income ratio. When that information has been processed & reviewed, it is determined whether the applicant(s) qualify for application approval. There may be some prospective tenants that may be required to have an Increased Security Deposit Amount for approval, which is also determined once the application has been processed.
