It's street parking but there is ALWAYS parking available, it's the best! It is in a neighborhood full of families, so nice and quiet, no crazy parties is appreciated :-) I can also be flexible on the moving in and out dates, just reach out to me and let me know! No smoking or pets Rent is $700/mo plus utilities gas and electric (Usually isn't more than $100 and typically closer to $50/mo) Neighbor takes care of yard maintenance. I have a Roku TV that can be set up, but I don't have WIFI to the property, but Xfinity does service the area! Definitely no smoking, pets, or loud partying
