Dogs are welcome upon owners approval. Electricity, gas, water and sewer, internet and trash/recycling are included in the rent. Snow and lawn maintenance are the responsibility of the tenant. The house is located in a great location that is walking distance to downtown and Spenard. There is a nature trail within a couple blocks that is a wonderful place to enjoy Chester Creek, bird watch and relax. This trail connects to over 100 miles of paved trail system and is less than a mile to the WestChester Lagoon. Electricity, gas, water and sewer, internet and trash/recycling are included in the rent. Snow and lawn maintenance are the responsibility of the tenant. First and last months rent is due at signing. No smoking is allowed on the premises. There additional refundable pet deposit of $350 per dog. A minimum 6 month lease is required.
