Any breach of policy will be grounds for termination of your lease. Tenants will be evicted for misrepresenting the breed of their dog or for the possession of poisonous, dangerous, or illegal pets, or endangered species. A $250 pet deposit is required with a signed Pet Agreement and at a minimum One Hundred Dollars of pet deposit is non-refundable. Married applicants must have a combined gross income of at least 3 times the monthly rent. All other applicants must individually have a gross income of at least 3 times the monthly rent.
