It has a fenced in yard in the back of the home. This house is in great condition, and will make a good home. In turn, we are looking for someone who will treat it with respect and be responsible to pay the rent. We are open to pets, on a case-by-case basis. Small/medium non-agressive breed dogs will be considered (please disclose any pets upon initial inquiry). Trash and recycling service is included with this home. Electric, gas, and water will be the tenants responsibility (gas heat). Washer/dryer hook-ups are included. Requirements include: 1) 3 years of reputable rental/home-ownership history.
