It was practically brand new having only been lived in for 12 days prior. We bought it to live in as we’ve been building a home. It still is new looking inside. We have no pets and are non smokers. Includes propane stove/oven, side by side fridge/freezer with ice/water in door, built in dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer.
