This cottage is about a 7 min drive to hwy 1 and about 10 min to the state park exit in Aptos. Close to beaches, hiking, excellent road biking and Corallitos wineries. Currently there is only 1 person in main house (me) and I have 1 small dog that only barks when someone drives up driveway. I'm open to another well behaved dog, especially if they get along good with my pooch.
