The Lease We are looking for a soul-centered individual to join our harmonious space by March 1st for a one-year lease. About The Space You'll have a spacious, private room with your own bathroom and living area, offering a peaceful retreat within the home. The shared living space includes a large backyard perfect for quiet reflection, garden time, or the catio coming summer 2025. You will share the home with two women and their respective animals: a dog, a bearded dragon, a snake and two cats. About Your Future Roommates We are two women, ages 28-32, committed to living consciously and creatively. We are 420 friendly and a part of the LGBTQIA+ community and would love another queer human in this space. Our days revolve around work, but our hearts are grounded in activities that nurture our souls hiking, yoga, cooking, baking, singing, dancing, meditation, tarot reading, and plant care. We prioritize community living with open communication, honesty, and kindness. We're not looking to be your best friend, but we do desire a harmonious relationship based on mutual respect, understanding, and shared values. What Were Looking For We seek someone who is in their late 20s or early 30s, peaceful, and grounded. We believe in sharing a clean, respectful space, and are looking for someone who is easy-going and mindful of keeping common areas tidy. This is a cozy home with animals, so we welcome a fellow animal lover if you have a dog, this would be considered with the right person and they must get along with other pets.
