Zillow says last sold in 3/12. NOT TRUE! We (Terry & Judy McDaniel) purchased the home 6/2004 and continue to own the home, though we are now renting it. As we owned home free and clear, we took equity out of the home in 3/12 to build a new home on James Island (29412), but we still own 8309 Dyemakers Rdg, North Charleston, SC 29412. If we had purchased the home for $239,900 in 3/12, there is no way Zillow would give an estimate in the range of $260,000. Of course, we think it to be worth more. We took out all carpeting and replaced with Limestone (great room), marble (kitchen), and travertine (2 baths), and hardwood every where else. We walled off a portion of a large upstairs loft to create a 4th bdrm (good for office) and added built-in bookcases in the remaining loft for a sizable library. If Zillow would simply check and see who paid taxes for ALL of 2012 they would realize their ERROR! Neighborhood Description Great location. Near airport and employers Boeing and Robert Bosch, as well as nearby shopping, including 3 supermarkets, 3 pharmacies, Lowes, and many restaurants. Rents for $1600/mo, though Zillow says it could command $1700+.
