Electric and water are not included - Central AR Water and Entergy are the utility companies that we're currently using. Rent is normally $620, but since it's only a six month lease, it's an additional $25 / month. One animal per unit is available up to 40 lbs, but is an additional deposit that is no refundable plus an additional $25 per month towards rent. Rent is due at the beginning of every month.
