That is just about to open with our old shopping center with a grocery outletacross the street. The master bedroom I would like 1250 has its own bathroom. With sliding glass doors out to a patio, which also can be used as an entrance, leading out to the parking area. I have a second bedroom that I would like to rent 1 thousand dollars a month with a shared bathroom. We are in a rural setting with deer and Turkey's wandering about. I would like the renter to pay a portion of the water gas electric and internet. Roughly an extra hundred dollars a month up to a 125. I would like at least to run for a year. And will be renewable. There is ample parking.
