The granny unit is on land shared with the property Owner. The homes are somewhat distant, but close enough to see. The Owner has multiple dogs and pets on the property -- and they have free reign of the property -- so any occupant needs to be pet friendly. Owner would accept one indoor only cat -- there are multiple dogs on the property already, so they prefer no more dogs. There are chickens on the property as well. The home is on well and septic -- so those utilities are paid for as is PG&E and garbage. Due to septic limitations, occupancy is limited to two persons -- no more. Basic cable service is provided at Owner expense. Wi-fi is questionable at this location and any improvements would be at Tenant expense. Tenant can install free standing satellite dish at Tenant's expense if so desired. The home is shown only by appointment.
