Everything is styled to be peaceful. There are three rooms available. The Master Suite rents for $1050, all others rent for $850. I look for a laid back vibe in the roomies to support making the whole environment feel safe and peaceful. To support folks in all walks, no drugs or smoking/vaping of any kind on the property. Rent includes utilities and high-speed internet. $50 application fee and $100 cleaning fee charged up front. $350 refundable deposit. Pets on a case by case basis. I spend 99% of my time at our other house but stay occasionally to take care of projects, the garden or maintenance. If you are a laid back person who can appreciate a place to come home and recharge after working hard, you'd probably fit right in! French Country Room with shared bathroom: Whimsical styling and uber comfy bed with space to work. Home gym, community pool and large backyard with a grill and a garden will make you feel right at home. Pets on case by case basis. 1 month minimum, month to month thereafter. Must provide a 2 week move-out notice. Two driveway parking spots and street parking, one space for master suite, other space first come first serve. Utilities, lawn upkeep, and monthly housekeeping included. No smoking/vaping of any kind or illegal drugs on the property. Pets on case by case basis.
