I have no plans of selling the home and I prefer a multi-year commitment, although I'm open to a single year commitment. This unfurnished home is available for tenancy starting July 1st. I am accepting viewing appointments now. The house has been completely remodeled (kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, large deck in the backyard). The heater is only a year old and copper piping has been installed throughout the house. The large living room and deck that opens to Edgewater Park make entertaining exceptional. You can host up to 40 people (standing) comfortably in the living room and up to 80 people (standing and sitting) comfortably on the deck. The backyard opens up to Edgewater park; it is literally an extension of your backyard that is maintained by the city! Edgewater Park has acres of grass, basketball and tennis courts, a softball field, and a "kiddie" park. Additionally, Edgewater Park is connected to Foster City Elementary School which is advantageous if you have young children as they do not have to cross a single street to get to and from school.
