Our Applications are available on our website (cuttenrentals.com) or at our office. If you'd like to tour the inside of the property you will need to fill out an application for each person over the age of 18 for review and submit by email, fax or in person to our office. When we are ready to show a property we will call you to set up an appointment. Once you've seen a property and you'd like to proceed in the application process, we will need a $12 fee for each application submitted. Once we have made a decision we will call you if you have been selected to rent the property.
