The home is located at the top of the hill in Farmington but in an older neighborhood, so you've got some great, established neighbors and a whole range of family types. We would like to have a 6 month lease, then go month to month. You will be in an apartment that shares the driveway with me and my family and is part of our home (although completely separate). All utilities are included (water, sewer, garbage, electricity, gas, and wifi internet). There is no smoking on the property at all. Tenant will be responsible for snow removal in their parking area and walks leading to the apartment entrance. This apartment will work for a maximum of 2 people.
