This is a fully furnished and equipped 55+ vacation rental with a 2-month minimum from June through October, and a 1-month minimum for other dates. The home is currently available from June 3rd through November 28th. The posted rate of $3,750 is for summer, June through September. Please see rate schedule below. The rent includes all utilities and access to amenities. June through September: $125 per night October: $135 per night November (available with an 11/29 check-out): $185 for 28 nights *Some discounts are available for stays of 3 months or longer, please inquire. This is a thoughtfully designed and energy-efficient home at the 55+ Del Webb community in Rancho Mirage. The home optimizes your outdoor living experience with a landscaped desert garden and a walkway leading to a small pool with mountain views. The interior has a pleasing aesthetic with generous windows and natural lighting throughout, and the garage is complete with a 220-amp circuit for electric car charging. Amenities include an elevated clubhouse with panoramic views and free coffee/tea in the mornings, community pools and spa, tennis and pickleball courts, and walking trails all throughout the community. You'll also be within 2-3 miles of shopping, eateries, and entertainment venues. NOTE: The main person on the lease must be 55+. Any additional tenant can be a spouse of any age, or must be 45+ if not a spouse. Children can occupy as visitors only. Passes are issued for gate access. Tenants who wish to have automated access at the guard gate will need to purchase a $50 transponder sticker which is provided for 1 car only. Tenants must register at the HOA, once registered you will have access to a portal where you can provide gate entry to visitors or for deliveries. Fees include rent, a $350 departure cleaning fee, a refundable $250 security deposit, and a $119 damage protection policy. Full payment required prior to move-in for stays of 2 months or less.
