One or two cats permitted with additional deposit for each pet. Application is required for each occupant included in income. Last 2 pay subs required. Lease term minimum 3 months, preference given for 2nd term. Maximum 2 occupants. Kitchen dishes, pots/pans, cutlery supplied. Log Home - No smoking allowed. No burning of any material on premises, cause for eviction. Snow removal for driveway included. Tenant responsible for snow removal from porch and/or to back door if desired.
