Parking of off-Street; there is a 2 car limit per town home. Our town homes are smoke free. We are registered with the NYS Non-Smoking Registry. This means no smoking of anything, including pot, is allowed on the premises. Premises means inside and within 25ft of the buildings. Animals are considered on a case-by-case basis. Rent is $1045/month plus utilities; the security deposit is equal to one month's rent. An approved application, first month's rent, security deposit and utilities put in your name are required to for n executed lease and to move in. A review of your credit report, credit score and background check are part of the application process. There is a $20 fee for a background check. This is due at the time you submit your application.
