The entire home and lake access are yours to enjoy. The driveway is short but steep, suitable for experienced drivers. In addition to parking at the bottom of the driveway, there is a private parking section on the road level with approximately 20 steps leading directly to the front door. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. There are decibel readers that track noise levels outside, and there is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. If smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. A friendly reminder to remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. While a small list of checkout instructions is provided, they are not mandatory but greatly appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for the next guests.
