It's a lovely 4 bedroom, 1 bath brick house on 1 acre lot built in 1933. It has a lovely side porch and front porch overlooking the beautiful KY countryside. Since May 2023, I have replaced half the metal roof, painted twice, replaced all new laminate flooring, painted the kitchen cabinets, redone the bathroom, replaced the AC/heating unit, replaced the refrigerator and dishwasher, replaced the propane heating source, and overall cleaned the grounds. Since dogs and cats ruin laminate flooring with "little accidents", there is no room for pets in this remodeled house. This timely farm house has been remodeled to be a lovely home for someone who is prepared to take care of it. I ask that all smoking would be done on the two covered porches. The propane tank needs to be filled before winter. The renter is responsible for all utilities. The trash needs to be signed up with the county to take out. There is a clause that if rent cannot be paid on time, that the renter vacate the premises within one week. If a situation arises, we might be able to work it out but staying on the premises without paying rent will not be allowed.
