All apartments have access to a shared courtyard. This unit has a private deck off the front door with views of the mountains. There's carpet in the living room and bedrooms, and vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. It has a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, and an on-site laundry room that all units share. APPROXIMATE ROOM DIMENSIONS: Living room = 24' x 12'1" Bedroom #1 (left, w/attached bath) = 11'6" x 10'1" Bedroom #2 (middle) = 12' x 9'2" Bedroom #3 (right) = 10'1" x 12'8" The apartment has vaulted ceilings, with a loft space across the back of the living room, and space above two of the bedroom closets for extra storage. There's another set of windows across the loft that let in lots of natural light in the living room. Our apartments are rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. The wall A/C unit in the living room is ours. Any other A/C units belong to the tenants. Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. No dogs allowed, unless it's a service/support animal. We can show the apartment anytime during our business hours, Monday-Friday, with at least 24 HOURS notice. Thanks for looking!
