Quiet, modest ranch home in established neighborhood on tree lined street in Granite Bay. The 1650 st ft home is located approx. 1 mile from Folsom Lake and is close to bike trails, restaurants, schools and parks. The room stays cool and quiet. The bathroom is bright and airy with a shower over tub, and a marble vanity with plenty of storage. I respecfully request assistance with utilities (approx $75/mo). The house is equipped with a pool, washer/drier, dishwasher, stove, etc. and a two car garage.
