There is a limit of two people in the apartment and a limit of 1 pet upon approval after a pet interview (just to make sure they get along with three other dogs that will be sharing a yard with them). You would be sharing a yard and sharing duties to mow the lawn regularly. I'm a tenant-landlord mediator for a community action agency so I will a fair and honest landlord. No central AC, but there is an AC unit in the bedroom that has been enough for prior tenants. Rent will be due on the 1st of the month and considered late by the 5th.
