This mansion is incredible! It sits on an acre and is private even though in town and 4 blocks from downtown and 2 blocks from the lake. It also has an above garage, 2 bed. apt!! This mansion is 2 blks from Lake Jackson, you can see the lake from the upstairs master bedroom. This house has a huge upstairs master and a huge downstairs master both with on suites! It has a total of 6 bedrooms, not counting the apt. It has a wrap around porch, tons of off street parking, great for motor homes, boats, etc. An updated kitchen, wood floors, high wood ceilings, beautiful french doors and pocket doors! A Florida room, parlor, den and formal dining room plus an upstairs laundry and a huge downstairs laundry too. This charmer does need work, but at this price for this much house it is a wonderful bargain!! The house is totally liveable and needs some updating and cosmetic. It shows beautifully and most work is from the house sitting vacant since my dad died. It is too much yard and house for my mom to keep up. They loved it so!!
