House is rented month to month and the rent is due on the first day of the month. Mid-Ohio Electric Coop is the energy provider and renter is responsible to transfer electric into their name and pay electric bills. Renter is responsible to pay for the propane and will buy the leftover propane that is left in the tank on the day of signing. Renter is responsible for mowing the grass.
