824 W Franklin is a three bedroom executive house located in Boise's North End. This historic house has been recently converted from an office back into a home and features numerous upgrades. This house features an enclosed front porch wrapped in a copper gutter outside. The back deck features copper balusters as well. The kitchen has Cafe appliances and a Kitchenaid gas range. It is stocked with what we hope is everything you will need to prepare a delicious meal. It even has as an Instapot as well as a Vitamix blender and food processer. The dining room has a wine fridge as well as supplies to make a cocktail or Martini if you choose. The master bedroom features a Tempur-pedic king sized mattress on a beautiful bed surrounded by windows. The master bath has a walk-in closet, towel warmer and bidet. If you enjoy a spa like shower we provide a few samples for the Moen Aromatherapy shower with a combination Handshower and Rainshower. The shower works with or w/o the shower capsules. Both upstairs bathrooms have hair dryers. There are Comphy brand towels and linens. The laundry room features a stackable washer and dryer as well as iron, board, and a sample size laundry detergent. We provide spices, foil, plastic wrap, baggies and storage containers as well as paper products to get you started. It is our goal to have you be able to show up with just your personal items and feel comfortable knowing you will have everything you need. Philosophy We're hands-off accommodation. We value your privacy while you are staying with us, and have designed a lodging experience around that concept. Our staff is close by, so if you need us, please feel free to reach out.. Payment We require a deposit of a month's rent as well as prorated first month's rate. Monthly invoices will be sent for monthly payments If you are bringing any pets we also require a separate deposit for each pet. Cancellation Either party has the option to cancel a month to month agreement with 30 days notice and no penalty. In the event of a cancellation or reduction in your stay with less than 30 days notice payment for that month will be required unless the space is rerented during that time frame. Parking On-site and off-site parking is free for our guests. We have 2+ on-site parking spaces designated for our guests in the driveway. There is also street parking available. *Franklin Street LLC is not responsible for your vehicle; please lock your car and bring your valuables inside. Pets We charge $100 per month per dog. Please keep dogs off the furniture or there will be an additional cleaning fee. * Please pick up after your pet, and report any damage to us immediately. Forget Something? We have a few items available in case you forgot something. Please text us and we will do our best to meet your needs. Backyard The garden is a place for our visitor's use and includes a barbecue, table, and additional seating. Enjoy! Recycling & Garbage We definitely support reuse and recycling and encourage our guests to separate their garbage! There is a trash/recycle bin in the kitchen. Our recycling container is the blue bin at the end of the driveway. TV & Internet Access We have free WI-FI and smart TVs with streaming. Each smart TV is equipped with streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. You will need your personal login information to access these. Each TV also has TVPlus with free live TV. Housekeeping & Cleaning Supplies Housekeeping services can be arranged for an extra cost. If you would like to clean your own space, there are various cleaning supplies available, including extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning rags, all-purpose cleaner, a broom, and dustpan, etc. We also provide cloth kitchen towels for drying dishes. Please text us if you are having difficulty locating anything to assist you in keeping your space clean. Laundry The laundry facilities are located in the house. Management & Emergencies If you have any after-hours questions, suggestions or ideas, please contact us. A smartphone-wielding staff member is just down the street. Damages Thank you in advance for your care of the historic Franklin Street LLC. We acknowledge the difference between daily wear and tear and gross negligence. Franklin Street LLC retains the right to charge our guests for any extensive damage to our suites. Please be responsible with our space and furnishings as you would for your own home. *Please refrain from flushing anything like baby wipes, makeup removers, or feminine products down the toilet or washing excessive hair down the drains. Smoking There is no smoking in the house. Smoking in Franklin Street LLC will result in a minimum $250 damage fee. Please help us keep this beautiful old home in pristine condition!
