QUESTION - Why has it taken so long to sell your house. ANSWER - I tested the market in 2018 for 4 months. Then listed it on Zillow again in August 2019 but was only at Juniper Ridge until October (2 months) which wasn't enough time to show and sell it. Even though it was on Zillow for the next 10 months, I was not at my home to show and sell it. It wasn't until early August of this year that I returned to Juniper Ridge, and I am once again pursuing the sale of my home.
