Utilities responsible by Tenant, Landscape & Pool responsible by Owner, air condition register filters provided by owner, but installed by Tenant. All walls, interior and exterior cannot be penetrated by nails, screws, or other objects, only non-wall damaging tape can be used. The provided pool service and yard service, is standard, and may occassionally be not able to keep up do to weather. Pool service is 1x week, lawn care is 1x every 2 weeks. the owner is not responsible for a dirty pool, between the weekly cleanings.
