Our guesthouse sits quietly on a large corner lot in the historic district of Nampa. It is a fully furnished mother-in-law unit that sits on the property next to the main house. Centrally located, it is close to grocery stores, restaurants, and hospitals. Ride-sharing services are easily accessible through Lyft or Uber. The cozy space has a living room area where you can relax, read a book, or curl up on the couch and watch whatever your heart desires on the Apple TV. Free WiFi is readily available. The living room armoire folds open for a desk/workstation. The kitchenette space has the essentials: microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, utensils, and a hot plate. Help yourself to the available snacks. The bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed. An inflatable air mattress for additional guests and a pack-and-play are also available, located in the bedroom closet. The washer/dryer is inside the guesthouse. Ample free on-site parking is available for your vehicle/trailer needs. The guesthouse sits next to the main home's backyard. The in-ground trampoline may be used by the tenants of either the guesthouse or the main home, so there may be playful noise during the day. Fully furnished unit. Utilities, internet, and yardwork included. Nonrefundable $250 pet deposit per pet. Nonrefundable $250 cleaning fee due before move-in. The refundable $500 security deposit is due prior to the rental agreement being sent to the tenant, and the deposit is refundable only if the tenant stays through their requested dates and the home is left in reasonably clean condition.
