A few our favorites are Great Harvest Bread, DT Kirby's, McCord's Candy Shop, and of course Sweet Revolution Bake Shop. New windows, Kitchen appliances, and lots of basement space for storage. Tenant is responsible for all utilities (gas/electric). Water/sewage/trash pickup is a flat fee of $40 added to the rent amount listed. Pets are welcome!! You can up to 2 pets for a $200 nonrefundable pet deposit and $40 a month. We do have 5 breed restrictions, require you to have a vet plan for flea and tick treatment, and they be over a year old. Renters insurance is required. We do 12 month lease, but if you are needing a little different feel free to ask we may be able to help.
