It has a wonderful general store, charming library, and Umpachene Falls for picnics and waterfall swimming! We are 15 minutes from Great Barrington and close to Tanglewood, The Mount, and Jacob's Pillow. The barn is fully furnished with 1 king sized bed, a pull out couch, and a modern open plan perfect for year-round stays (with central heating!). The barn is airy, with a large open plan , a deck and a beautiful air conditioned king-sized bedroom. The barn has a laundry room, fast fiber internet/wifi and a wall mounted smart Roku TV. Our deck has a new weber propane grill and a cafe table set up. This is a 12 month rental lease, starting on October 1st of 2025. All utilities, including heat, hot water, electricity, internet, and water, are included in the rent, so tenants won't have any additional utility costs. This is a smoke-free property, and no smoking is allowed on the premises. We allow up to one dog, with prior approval, though certain breed restrictions and pet fees may apply.
