Dual fuel heating from the oil boiler (recently inspected, cleaned and 86% efficient) for hot water baseboard heating combined with a new heating element for the heat pump’s air handler. (The boiler can be easily be wired to plug in to a portable generator during winter outages.). Extra attic insulation and storage, encapsulated crawl space, and complete gutter covers with oversized downspouts complete this solid and now updated home. A mixture of mature trees, huge fenced in backyard on a 0.36 acre lot, rear concrete patio and large all metal shed are nice features to make this 1350 square foot home perfect for any family.
