Hello! My sister and I need 2 people to sublet our apartment. If you are alone, we are willing to discuss options. We live out of state and this apartment is no longer an option for us. Our lease goes until July 2020, so this is a long-term option. This apartment is brand new (we are the first people living here) and fully furnished. There are 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms that lock with your own key for privacy. The only items not supplied are bedding, TVs, shower curtains, and kitchen supplies like pots, pans, and utensils. You would be located pretty much on-campus behind the new football stadium, only a 10-minute walk to classes. We are on the fifth floor with a large balcony that has an amazing view of the mountains and campus. It is conveniently next to the rooftop lounge which has a fireplace and a wet bar with TVs. There is also a gym and a heated pool with 2 hot tubs, a large grill, and fire pits. Management is friendly and there is a 24-hour maintenance crew. The total rent a month is $1,870 for 2 people plus $85 for an uncovered parking spot. The only thing not included in rent is the electric bill. Cable, WiFi, and other utilities are already factored in.
